Investment

A 60 minute counselling session is $120. I also offer a sliding fee scale for those that need it. Payment can be made via cash, e-transfer (preferred), PayPal or by cheque. I provide receipts via email at the end of each session for you to submit.

Insurance

Please speak with your insurance provider regarding coverage. Many insurance plans are recognizing the need for mental health coverage. If you run into any issues, I can provide a letter of support from my association, Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), that may be of help. Cancellation Policy

I observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your counselling session please let me know within 24 hours of your scheduled session time.
